Mr. Frank Chen has long been deeply involved in the field of high-end study abroad in the United States. He is the founder of the American high-end study abroad, the founder of the ZMN Education, the founder of the IC course, and the current chairman of the IC Education. Having graduated from Peking University, he studied in the United States. He is an alumni of Harvard Business School, Northwestern University, and Peking University.
陈起永先生长期深耕于美国高端留学教育领域，美国高端留学引领者——啄木鸟教育的创始人、IC课程创始人，现任我明教育董事长。北京大学本硕毕业后赴美留学，是美国哈佛大学商学院、美国西北大学、北京大学校友。

The Foundation has two major goals: one is to promote educational exchanges between China and the US, the other is to promote education in underdeveloped are as around the world.
We work collaboratively with individuals, other nonprofits, institutes, and local governments to efficiently and effectively marshal our resources. Our solutions to the challenges of educating a growing and diverse population are to have an impact on schools and educational institutes at multiple levels from grassroots classroom participation to systemic reform. Our initiatives and programs empower teachers and students, reduce bureaucracy, ensure accountability, leverage resources, and deliver results.
During the past few years, we have been working with various educational groups from allover the world. We sponsored Yale student community to visit China for academic exchange programs, offered financial aid to increase educational opportunities and resources for African refugees, and cooperated with the University of Pennsylvania and the Fake Forest University to explore and develop the most advanced educational resource to promoting the development of global education. We are bringing about transformational change in teaching, learning and education leadership. It is a mission we pledge to honor today and into the future.
